Yonkers is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Yonkers follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The absolute best restaurant we've been to in a while! We're definitely not going into the city for a jazz club anymore because this place IS THE PLACE. All the food is homemade and fresh, and we could absolutely tell from our first bite because it is that amazing! The music was perfect, the food was perfect, and the atmosphere was perfect. It was such a great date night! πŸ’« We had the fried crab cakes, fried oysters, salmon etouffee, and the filet mignon steak with potato salad and mac & cheese sides. We 100% recommend all the food we had, and we are definitely going again to try everything else there. Oh, and they have a JAZZ BRUNCH on Sundays! We're definitely going to that very soon. Thank you so much to the family and the waiters and waitresses for giving us such a blessed experience! (The lemonade was so good as wellβ€”give it a try, please!)

Shot Out to this hidden gem and shot out to the owner Avian!! Grandma (from Brooklyn) wanted some soul food so since I now reside in the area, I've been wanting to try this spot.... I placed a large order for pick up... *Crab Bites, Fried Oysters and 3 Large Salmon Dinners, with yams, greens, and Mac n cheese. The portions were huge! And let me tell you, believe the hype!! Gigi APPROVED! She wasnt even talking just enjoying her food! πŸ₯° Food was BOMB! Avian and his family most definitely know what they are doing here. Now, Gigi gonna want a plate every time I go visit her. πŸ™πŸΌβ€οΈ Plus, I'm the type to travel for food and I agree this spot hits! I came here on a date and had no expectations whatsoever. The interior is really nice and cozy. It almost feels like you're in someone's home. We were greeted by the waitress at the bar and got to sit wherever we liked. There were two other tables seated as well. We were given menus and water and quickly decided what we wanted to order, but we ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes after getting the menu to actually place our order. Our waitress seemed busy with the other tables. We ordered the Catfish Nuggets and the Jerk Chicken Egg Rolls to start. For entrees my date got Jerk Chicken Pasta with Grilled shrimp, and I got the Po' Boy Sandwich with Jerk Chicken. After we ordered, it took over an hour for us to receive our appetizers. Our waitress wasn't anywhere to be found, and in the moments we saw her briefly, she walked past us without saying a word. No update on our food or anything. We figured that maybe she was busy with the other two tables, but the table beside us had already gotten their entrees, and the other table only had four patrons, so we couldn't understand why it took so long for just the appetizers. Eventually we got our appetizers and the Jerk Chicken egg rolls l
